Earscoop and hairpin (nr. 541)

These tiny spatulas have been in use since Antiquity, most probably to clean one's ears. They were often made a part of a set which also comprised tweezers, a tongue cleaner and a nail scraper. This earspoon can be worn as a hairpin.
